Howdy BPA!

My name is Frances Pepito, and I am so delighted to be able to serve as your 2022-2023 Regional President!

BPA has brought me many opportunities that have ultimately sparked a change in my life for the better. I hope to inspire others to find that same spark and unlock their true potential through my work. Seeing as the effects of the pandemic are still lingering, it is my goal this year to help the region run smoothly to facilitate opportunity for its members. Alongside BPA, I enjoy performing alongside the Filhearts Choir, Rio Grande Valley Children’s Chorus, and the Youth Symphony Orchestra of UTRGV. 

I trust that we can work well this year to promote and improve BPA!
